Officers initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle which yielded on Atlee St. The driver identified himself as Bevans Garvey, but did not possess a valid form of identification on his person. Additionally, MR. garvey was observed to be belching, vomiting, and walking very unsteady throughout the investigation.

Mr. Garvey was also observed to be drinking some sort of Cocoa which also smelled strongly of alcohol. When Mr. Garvey was informed that he would be placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated, he became more aggressive.
